Microalgae Training Program @ Malaysia from 21st to 23rd March
Algaetech Group , a Malaysian based algae research company that works on algae biofuels and high -value end products is conducting a microalgae training program/ workshop between the 21st and 23rd March, 2011 at Technology Park Malaysia.
This workshop aims to expose the participants to the theoretical and practical aspects of algae cultivation with a special focus on industrial scale algae- cultivation methods.
The participants will be trained in basic lab techniques of algae cultivation such as isolation and identification of microalgae, cell counting and so forth.
The researchers at AlgaeTech also plan to demonstrate algae mass culture techniques for the participants in addition to lectures in various areas of algae cultivation. For more details on the training program, visit – www.algaeasia.net.
