Google Backs Carbon Capturing Biofuels
With backing from Google, CoolPlanetBiofuels will begin marketing a technology that produces fuel from inedible biomass, like grass, wood chips, crop residue and algae. The byproduct of these substances captures carbon and can also be added to crops to increase their output. It’s what the company calls “negative carbon fuel.”
