Bay Area Group Aims To Turn Algae Into Fuel

MENLO PARK – Algae can be a viable source of fuel, according to a Menlo Park company working furiously to harvest energy from the gooey organisms.
LiveFuels, a small Menlo Park startup, believes algae can free the U.S. entirely from foreign oil.
