Algae as simple carbon source

Algae as simple carbon source

Postby JIM1 » Wed Oct 15, 2008 5:32 am

I have a source of unlimited heat at over 1,500 degrees F and unlimited amounts of industrial grade hydrogen. I am looking for a source of unlimited biomass carbon. Should I be considering algae? The fact it can be pumped is of great value.

Biomass can be used as a source of carbon.Few people have used it for biological sulphate reducing systems. Is it for the same purpose you want to use it for?
