Algae oil or Algae biodiesel is such a fuel. This is footage of an Energetix trial algae plant in Victoria Australia, being fed some of the emissions from Hazelwood coal power plant. Hazelwood is currently Australia's worst polluting power plant - but that might soon change. Energetixs (a biodiesel company owned by the Victor Smorgon Group) now has the exclusive Australian license to the algae growing process owned by Greenfuels(tm).
