Algae-to-energy has a ways to go, but keep it up, venture capitalist says |

Silicon Valley venture capitalist Vinod Khosla, a co-founder of Sun Microsystems, came to Rain City to tell a conference of algae-to-energy scientists and entrepreneurs that he wants them to keep plugging away.
But Khosla himself has not yet invested in algae, he said, because algae still has a lot to prove in terms of its potential to curb global warming. Here\'s some of what he had to say to the Algae Biomass Summit:
