Algae technology in Brazil

I'm currently researching the feasibility of integration of a bio digester/fermentor (which produces besides electricity a nutrious digestate) with an algae pond/ bioreactor for a company in the South of Brazil. The next 4 weeks I will be in Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. Does anybody know any Brazilian companies/researchers that know of basic algae technology in Brazil since it's very hard and expensive to import from abroad.
