How can we remove the oxygen produced from the photobioreactors?

Provide some sort of bleedoff one way valve that would have an opening above the height of your PBR. This would allow for the oxygen to diffuse out of solution and into the atmosphere while keeping the system under slight positive pressure and not leaking out your fluid all over the place.
I don't know what your PBR looks like however you may be able to run a foam cylinder or sphere down the tubes in order to push the gas from one end of your PBR to the other and out into another receptacle which would allow the gas to then diffuse into the air.
