Hello, I am attempting to grow Botryococcus braunii in a Biology tank at my community college this year and despite a lot of research on the internet, I'm still having trouble writing a procedure and figuring out some general things. Is there any way to get some general help involving what type of solution to grow in, temperatures, how much light to give them, whether or not to give them additional CO2, extraction, ect.

I would really appreciate the help, and if anyone has a manual or something, that would be amazing (I realize that may be unrealistic haha but I thought it was worth an ask)

I think we'd better check in with the Israelis.
They have large 'vats' of the stuff growing.
Do they make Diesel from the algae?
