auto flocculating microalga has been evaluating as a promising alternative effective methods for harvesting of microalgae. Further research is required to optimize auto-flocculation or genetically engineered auto-flocculating microalgae to established promising harvesting method of large-scale microalgae compamies. whats your opinion how we acheive it?

What may be the flocculating agent of microalgae? ( please dont say about chemical agent, i want to know about self flocculating agent like may be polyscharride, protein, etc)
