Why is it always in millions to get set up? This pushs the little guy out, everytime. There must be a way to get set up more economically. Origin oils set up is using LED's in big 200 gal barrels. You don't need the sun. LED's use a very small amount of electricity. No greenhouse is needed, just a big production & processing building. Just thinking out loud.

Regarding the costing you have mentioned in your section of 'Algae Fuel - Costing in India', how accurate are these numbers and please explain semi intensive sea water unit, I ask this as I am in the process of planning my own algae open pond farms in Maharashtra and Gujarat.
