Mr. Byers brings over 25 years of experience in commercializing and operating profitable businesses within BP. Most recently, Mr. Byers served as CEO of BP North America Gas and Power, a division of BP plc.

While at BP, Mr. Byers was instrumental in building the number-one natural gas marketing business in North America through organic growth, partnership development, and acquisitions. In Europe, he served as managing director of BP?s commercial oil refining and trading group. His tenure also includes executive positions at a number of oil refineries, with responsibility for increasing profitability, integrating oil and chemicals processes, and creating new products and markets.
