DSM and Evonik said that construction of their joint venture US$200m omega-3 fatty acid manufacturing facility at the Evonik site in Nebraska, US is underway and is proceeding according to plan.\"\"<\/p>\n

The 50:50 joint venture is headquartered at DSM Biotech campus in Delft, in Netherlands. Commercial quantities of DHA and EPA rich algal oil will be ready for sale in 2019, while pilot quantities for market development purposes are already available.<\/p>\n
