Two different algal strains <em>Chlorella vulgaris<\/em> and <em>Gloeothece membranacea<\/em> were taken for the experiment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Results showed that the combination of blue light and 15% CO<sub>2<\/sub> induced higher rates of lipid accumulation in both the strains.
