An indoor study was conducted by replacing round glass tubes with oval tubes in Heliae\u2019s Helix Seed PBR.<\/p>\n<p>The study showed that oval tubes increase the overall output of algae by more than 45% as the oval shape reduces the total internal volume of the PBR tubes by 15%.
