Sapphire Energy’s Jason Pyle has stepped down as CEO. \u00a0In yesterday’s press release Sapphire Energy has announced transition of management.\u00a0\u00a0Cynthia \u201cC.J.\u201d Warner, who was the president and chairman has taken charge as the new CEO. Dr Pyle will continue to be a member in\u00a0Sapphire’s\u00a0board of directors.<\/p>\n

Prior to Sapphire Energy, Ms. Warner spent more than 27 years in energy, refining, and transportation.\u00a0 Most recently, she served as group vice president of global refining at British Petroleum.\u00a0 She is a current member of the National Petroleum Council, a federally chartered and privately funded advisory committee reporting to the United States Secretary of Energy.\u00a0 As CEO, Ms. Warner will expand the company\u2019s partnerships, lead the company\u2019s commercial demonstration, and continue the mission to bring Green Crude to a commercial reality.<\/p>\n
