He realized that most of the genes he had collected were from several algal species.<\/p>\n<p>According to Craig Venter, the algal fuel community would several hurdles along the algae to fuel value chain &#8211; right from cultivating algae to the technology being used. &#8220;Algae is a farming problem: growing, harvesting, extracting.
