The company launched in in 2003\u00a0 has raised over $128 million in VC funding Morgan Stanley, Pacific Crest Securities, Goldman Sachs and Lazard  Capital Markets will be underwriting the upcoming $100 million IPO of  Solazyme, the developer of algae-based biofuels.
